There is now overwhelming evidence that the earlier a Clinical Care Coordinator can be involved in an absence, (even a potential absence) the better and more sustainable the outcome will be. It requires commitment, resolve and determination from all stakeholders, but the results and impact will be notable.

Our process
Our Early Intervention Clinical Care Coordinator service supports employees who experience health related difficulties which lead to an absence from the workplace. HCB’s Clinical Care Coordinator works with both the employer and employee to meet the individuals’ needs and, when the time is right, plan a sustainable return to work.
